The Deed Restrictions Task Force acts to harmonize and improve the community by ensuring that the document governing what homeowners can and cannot do to their properties and the exterior of their homes is in line with what the majority of the community wants.

 

Its purpose is to:

a) review the existing language of the Declarations of Restrictions for Belden AND

b) propose additions/deletions/changes of that language after consulting the community AND

c) make recommendations for language changes that are consistent with needs and wants of the community.

 

The hope is to bring all of the diverging interests together to build consensus and to explore where differences or opposition may exist.
